Here’s a Honey Butter Skillet Corn that’s sweet, buttery, and totally addictive 🌽🍯

Ingredients (serves 4)

  • 4 cups corn (fresh cut off the cob, frozen, or canned—drained)
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 2 tbsp honey (adjust to taste)
  • 2 tbsp cream cheese (optional, extra creamy)
  • ¼ cup heavy cream or milk
  • Salt, to taste
  • Black pepper (optional)

Instructions

  1. Melt the butter
    Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add butter and let it melt.
  2. Cook the corn
    Add corn to the skillet. Cook 5–7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until heated through and lightly caramelized.
  3. Make it creamy
    Stir in honey, cream cheese (if using), and cream or milk.
    Cook 2–3 minutes until everything is melted and glossy.
  4. Season & serve
    Add salt to taste and a pinch of black pepper if you like. Serve hot.

Tips & Variations

  • Extra Southern: Add a pinch of sugar + more butter
  • Savory twist: Add a little garlic powder or smoked paprika
  • Spicy-sweet: Sprinkle in cayenne or chili flakes
  • Fresh upgrade: Finish with chopped parsley or chives
