Ingredients (serves 4)
- 4 cups corn (fresh cut off the cob, frozen, or canned—drained)
- 3 tbsp butter
- 2 tbsp honey (adjust to taste)
- 2 tbsp cream cheese (optional, extra creamy)
- ¼ cup heavy cream or milk
- Salt, to taste
- Black pepper (optional)
Instructions
- Melt the butter
Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add butter and let it melt. - Cook the corn
Add corn to the skillet. Cook 5–7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until heated through and lightly caramelized. - Make it creamy
Stir in honey, cream cheese (if using), and cream or milk.
Cook 2–3 minutes until everything is melted and glossy. - Season & serve
Add salt to taste and a pinch of black pepper if you like. Serve hot.
