Instructions
- Prep Chicken:
Toss the chicken pieces with 2 tbsp cornstarch until lightly coated. - Cook Chicken:
Heat oil in a skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Fry the chicken pieces until golden brown and cooked through (about 5–7 minutes). Remove and set aside. - Make Sauce:
In the same pan, add garlic and ginger and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
