Ingredients

Pasta & Meat

  • 12 oz egg noodles
  • 1 lb ground beef (or a mix of beef + pork)
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped

Sauce

  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of tomato soup
  • 1 cup milk
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 1–2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Optional Add-Ins

  • 1 cup shredded cheddar (for a cheesier version)
  • 1–2 cloves garlic, minced
  • ½ tsp dried parsley
  • Crushed buttery crackers for topping

👩‍🍳 Instructions

1. Cook the Noodles

  1. Bring a pot of salted water to a boil.
  2. Cook egg noodles until al dente, about 6–7 minutes.
  3. Drain and set aside.

2. Brown the Meat

  1. In a large skillet, cook ground beef and onion over medium heat.
  2. Break apart while cooking until browned.
  3. Drain excess fat.
  4. Season with salt, pepper, and paprika.

3. Make the Creamy Sauce

  1. Reduce heat to low.
  2. Add tomato soup, cream of mushroom soup, milk, sour cream, and Worcestershire sauce.
  3. Stir until smooth and heated through.

4. Combine

  1. Add cooked noodles into the skillet or mix everything in a large bowl.
  2. Stir well to coat the noodles completely.

5. Bake

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Transfer mixture to a greased 9×13 baking dish.
