Ingredients (makes 8 turnovers)
- 2 cups diced apples (about 2 medium apples)
- 2 tbsp butter
- 3 tbsp brown sugar
- 2 tbsp granulated sugar

- 1 sheet puff pastry (thawed)

Instructions
