Bacon Wrapped Tater Tots
Ingredients:
- 24–32 frozen tater tots
- 12–16 slices of bacon (cut each slice in half)
- 1/4 cup brown sugar (optional but highly recommended)
- 1/2–1 tsp chili powder or cayenne (optional, for a sweet–spicy kick)
- Toothpicks (optional, but helpful for holding them together)
Instructions (Oven Method):
- Preheat Oven:
- Heat to 400°F (200°C).
- Line a baking sheet with foil or parchment and place a baking rack on top (helps crisp the bacon).
- Prepare the Bacon:
- Cut each bacon slice in half.
- Mix the brown sugar and chili powder in a shallow bowl if using.
- Wrap the Tots:
- Wrap each tater tot with a half slice of bacon.
- Roll in the brown sugar mixture (optional but amazing).
