  2. Make the dough:
    In a large bowl, mix flour and salt. Add yeast mixture and olive oil. Stir until a dough forms. Knead on a floured surface for 5–7 minutes until smooth and elastic.
  3. First rise:
    Place dough in a greased bowl, cover with a clean cloth, and let rise for 1–1.5 hours, or until doubled in size.
  4. Preheat oven:
    Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  5. Shape the bread:
    Punch down the dough and shape it into a loaf or oval. Place on the prepared baking sheet.
  6. Add the cheesy topping:
    Mix melted butter with minced garlic. Brush over the dough. Sprinkle mozzarella, Parmesan, and Italian seasoning evenly on top.
  7. Bake:
    Bake for 15–20 minutes until the cheese is melted and golden, and the bread sounds hollow when tapped on the bottom.
  8. Optional garnish:
    Sprinkle chopped parsley over the top before serving.
