Ingredients (Serves 4–6)

  • 8 slices thick-cut Texas toast or thick white bread
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced

  • 1½ cups shredded cheese (mozzarella, cheddar, or a blend)

Instructions

1. Prep
