🍫 Chocolate Balls (Classic, Easy Recipe)
Ingredients (makes about 12–16 balls)
- 1 ½ cups (150 g) rolled oats
- ½ cup (100 g) sugar
- ¼ cup (20 g) cocoa powder
- ½ cup (115 g) butter, softened
- 2–3 tbsp brewed coffee or milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- A pinch of salt
- Optional: shredded coconut (for rolling)
Instructions
- Mix dry ingredients
In a large bowl, combine oats, sugar, cocoa powder, and a pinch of salt. - Add wet ingredients
Add softened butter, vanilla, and coffee/milk.
Mix until everything forms a sticky dough.
(If it’s too dry, add a little more coffee or milk.) - Shape
Roll the mixture into small balls using your hands. - Coat
Roll each ball in shredded coconut (or leave plain). - Chill
Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
