Here’s a super easy and tasty Chocolate Balls recipe — no baking needed!


🍫 Chocolate Balls (Classic, Easy Recipe)

Ingredients (makes about 12–16 balls)

  • 1 ½ cups (150 g) rolled oats
  • ½ cup (100 g) sugar
  • ¼ cup (20 g) cocoa powder
  • ½ cup (115 g) butter, softened
  • 2–3 tbsp brewed coffee or milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • A pinch of salt
  • Optional: shredded coconut (for rolling)

Instructions

  1. Mix dry ingredients
    In a large bowl, combine oats, sugar, cocoa powder, and a pinch of salt.
  2. Add wet ingredients
    Add softened butter, vanilla, and coffee/milk.
    Mix until everything forms a sticky dough.
    (If it’s too dry, add a little more coffee or milk.)
  3. Shape
    Roll the mixture into small balls using your hands.
  4. Coat
    Roll each ball in shredded coconut (or leave plain).
  5. Chill
    Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to firm up.

✨ Variations

  • Protein version: Add 1 scoop chocolate protein powder, adjust liquid.
  • Healthy version: Swap sugar for honey/maple syrup; use coconut oil instead of butter.
  • Nutty version: Add crushed nuts or a spoon of peanut butter.
  • Chocolate-dipped: Dip in melted chocolate for a richer treat.
