Ingredients

  • 2 cups powdered sugar

Chocolate Topping

  • 1 ½ cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 2 tbsp peanut butter (helps the chocolate slice smoothly)

1. Prepare the Base

  1. Line an 8×8 or 9×9 pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, mix melted butter, peanut butter, powdered sugar, and graham crumbs.
  3. Stir until thick and fully combined (it should resemble cookie dough).
  4. Press evenly into the bottom of the prepared pan.

2. Add the Chocolate Layer

  1. Melt chocolate chips + 2 tbsp peanut butter (microwave in 20–30 sec bursts, or use a double boiler).
  2. Stir until smooth.
  3. Pour over the peanut butter layer and spread evenly.

3. Chill

Refrigerate 1–2 hours until fully set.


4. Slice & Serve

Lift out by the parchment and cut into bars.
