🥩 Ingredients (2–3 servings)

  • 1 lb (450 g) ground beef
  • ½ medium head of cabbage, chopped (about 4 cups)
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 2–3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce (or to taste)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil or vegetable oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

🍳 Instructions
