🧂 Ingredients

  • 2 cans (21 oz each) lemon pie filling
  • 1 box (15.25 oz) yellow cake mix (white cake mix works too)
  • 1 stick (½ cup) butter, melted or sliced
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Zest of 1 lemon (optional but brightens the whole dessert)

Optional add-ins:

  • 1 cup Cool Whip folded into the cream cheese mixture (extra fluffy)
  • 1 cup blueberries (fresh or frozen, no thawing needed)
  • Sprinkle of almonds or coconut on top

🔥 Instructions

1. Prep

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Grease a 9×13 baking dish.


2. Layer the Lemon Filling

Spread both cans of lemon pie filling evenly into the dish.


3. Mix the Cream Cheese Layer

In a bowl, beat together:

  • softened cream cheese
  • powdered sugar
