Classic peanut butter balls coming right up—easy, no-bake, and hard to mess up 😄

🥜 Peanut Butter Balls (No-Bake)

Ingredients

  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • ½ cup butter, softened
  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1½–2 cups chocolate chips (milk or semi-sweet)
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil or shortening (optional, helps chocolate melt smoothly)

Instructions

  1. Mix peanut butter, butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
  2. Roll into 1-inch balls and place on a parchment-lined tray.
  3. Chill in the fridge or freezer for 20–30 minutes (important!).
  4. Melt chocolate (microwave in 20–30 sec bursts, stirring each time).
  5. Dip the chilled balls in chocolate. Use a fork, tap off excess.
  6. Set back on parchment and chill until firm.

Optional Upgrades

  • ✨ Add ½ cup crushed graham crackers for texture
  • 🧂 Sprinkle a little sea salt on top before the chocolate sets
  • 🌱 Use natural peanut butter + dark chocolate for a less-sweet version
  • 🥥 Roll the centers in coconut instead of chocolate-dipping
