Ingredients

For the stuffing balls:

  • 3 cups leftover stuffing (or boxed stuffing prepared according to package)
  • 1 cup cooked turkey, finely chopped (optional but tasty!)
  • 1 egg, lightly beaten
  • 2–3 tbsp melted butter (if stuffing is dry)
  • Salt & pepper (to taste)
  • Optional add-ins:
    • ¼ cup chopped celery
    • ¼ cup minced onion
    • 2 tbsp fresh parsley
    • ¼ tsp poultry seasoning

For the gravy:

  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 tbsp flour

Instructions

1. Make the stuffing balls

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix stuffing, chopped turkey, egg, and melted butter.
  3. If the mixture feels too dry, add 1–2 tbsp broth or water.
  4. Scoop and roll into golf-ball-sized balls.
  5. Place on a greased or parchment-lined baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 15–20 minutes, until lightly crisp and heated through.

2. Make the gravy

  1. Melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat.
  2. Whisk in flour to form a roux; cook 1–2 minutes.
  3. Slowly whisk in broth until smooth.
  4. Simmer for 3–5 minutes, stirring, until thickened.
  5. Season with salt and pepper.

3. Serve

Place stuffing balls on a platter or plate and ladle warm gravy over the top.
